Building this global movement is rather like planting the acorns, the saplings, the trees, the woodlands of support to protect the future. We are putting in place the foundations – you could say the roots – for Planet Earth’s garden of Eden to take hold and flourish once more. Likewise each donation will help us protect that future, by helping us push for The Peoples Declaration to become a reality.

Of course, it’s not about just one tree, but the whole forest where every tree plays it’s part, interconnected and interdependent on the others. Not just the trees but also the ferns, the soils, the birds, the termites….and of course us humans. We are all part of this complex web of interconnectedness.

Every pound, euro, dollar, yen, rand, rupee, ruble helps. It’s just as important to us to receive £1, £10 or if you can afford it, £100. Or more…

This is what we need:

Acorns (e.g. £1+)

Every acorn when seeded gives birth to a sapling which in turn will in due course become an oak tree. And we need thousands. Each and every one contributes to the making of the forests and the making of this movement – without which we would not have the massive support that is required.

Saplings (e.g. £100+)

Saplings are the new oxygen of the forests, the fresh impetus. Each sapling helps in so many interconnected ways, collectively generating the energy base for the forest to thrive.

Young Oaks (e.g. £2,500+)

Bigger than a sapling and smaller than an established oak. But oh so important: the ones who who will allow us to put in place some critical underpinning.

Big Oaks (e.g. £25,000+)

Whatever you wish to/can donate, it all matters equally. We need thousands of acorns, hundreds of saplings, dozens of young oaks, and good sprinkling of the big oaks. Acorns, Saplings, Oaks young and old, we welcome you all.
